They always gossip about their coworkers when I come in, like not even trying to be discreet about it. Pretty much anyone and everyone can hear.

I want to start off by saying that this location is top notch. Everytime we come here we are never let down. Jess is by far the best when it comes running this place. She knows all her regulars and makes each one feel special in their own ways. Never have we had a bad sub or poor service. Let's give this store credit where credit is due. I have been all over the U.S and haven't been to a better firehouse subs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK OWASSO

Best subs in Owasso!

Food is overpriced but it does taste good. The staff are always eager to assist as needed and very polite from the time you walk in the door.

Awesome subs. As always. I have had 8 of the 10 subs on the menu so far. Not a bad one in the bunch. Great service, super friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will definitely be going back soon.

Overpriced for the quality of food they deliver

Went there for the my first time and I was not disappointed. Hate to compare, but the quality is much better than subway. The cashier was very nice to explain what items are used for certain subs and which is better. There are 3 sizes to choose from and you can upgrade them for combos with chips.

God good food when want a meaty sub

The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. Just a great place to go to eat. They make you feel welcome.

Always great service and great food

First time at this location and loved it! Was really clean and Weston, Ethan, and Chris were super personable and helpful. Food tasted really fresh, we got the spicy cajun chicken and an italian sandwich. Bread was really soft and so was the lemon cookie. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are top of the line, they knew me by name and they saved my hat! (which is of particular concern for me in winter since I'm bald.)I eat here a couple of times a week and they are always prompt and courteous!

Normally this place is very good. This time, not so much. Their mac n cheese is the bomb, but extremely disappointed in this $10.00 pastrami

Hands down this place beats all other sub places in Owasso. They are speedy, fast, friendly and their food is so delicious. I have not had. a bad experience from this place and all of their items seem high quality and excellently made. If you have not tried this place yet, then you need to go!

We were going to have Subway but we changed our minds and decided to try Firehouse Subs instead. GREAT decision. So delicious! By far my new favorite place to eat.

Very impressed with the service. We got a takeout order and my daughter forgot to buy hot sauce. We came back and they had just closed, but saw her through the window and let her in to purchase. Most workers would be anxious to get out of there, so their kindness and extra effort was much appreciated. Kuddos for going the extra mile! And the food is great!!!

I went to firehouse subs for the first time (Owasso, OK), and it is awesome.

Came in for a late lunch this raining Saturday. My cashier was pushy and kind of rude wasn’t giving me time to order and there was not anyone behind me waiting so patient would be nice. I’m not a regular I don’t know how this works and I want to make sure my order is what I want. I didn’t ask for a combo. She just gave it to me and then I went back and forth telling her I didn’t want a drink at all. No bottle water I’m good. I don’t drink fountain pop because of the high levels of mold in those machines. Ew!!! My food took a bit longer then I thought it would go get. When I got it home I live down the street it was soggy. I might give this place another try but I think I’ll wait a while.
